SPRING LAKE
 Oak Crest of Spring Lake opened in May 1996 with four Assisted Living Manors and three Independent Living Units. The campus is located at 18100 174th Avenue, Spring Lake, Michigan. Care Level I & II may select from a variety of floor plans. Options include a single room, a more spacious suite, or an apartment which includes a separate living area and kitchenette. Care level III offers a safe and secure setting for those with Alzheimer’s Disease or dementia. For the independent resident, the Villa apartments offer five floor plans with full kitchens, patio, and a washer and dryer. The Villas are ideal for those who want to maintain their independence while living in a community setting.
