RESIDENTS
Our goal is to provide the individual supports necessary to enhance the quality of life, create a positive effect on health, and enrich the fulfillment of personal goals. We constantly strive to enable our residents to experience lives of maximum independence and dignity.

FAMILIES
Our goal is to provide our residents' families with the peace of mind that comes from knowing their loved ones are receiving quality care. To achieve this we believe the family must be informed regarding their loved one's progress and be encouraged to visit frequently. The family's input is an integral component of the resident's care.

STAFF
For staff, our company's most valuable asset, our goal is to provide an environment and related value system in which all staff are personally involved in establishing and achieving quality of service. Through training and experiential learning we will provide staff with the opportunity for personal development and growth which is limited only by individual ability and desire.

COMMUNITY
For the community, our goal is to be a responsible corporation. Our greatest contribution is to be successful so that we can maintain stable employment and create new jobs while providing a needed community service. We will be good neighbors through the maintenance of our residential homes and apartments, and by encouraging residents and staff to support community activities.
