The campus sits on 13 acres of well-manicured and landscaped grounds and consists of five Assisted Living manors and three independent living villas. This location offers three levels of Assisted Living. Care level I & II include a variety of floor plans. Options include a single room, a more spacious suite, or an apartment which includes a separate living area and kitchenette. Care Level III offers a safe and secure setting to those residents with Alzheimer’s Disease or dementia.
For the independent resident, the Villa apartments offer three floor plans with full kitchens, washers and dryers. The Villas are ideal for those who want to maintain their independence while living in a community setting.
The Lodge at Allen Springs is Independent Living with a luxurious feel. Residents at the Lodge will enjoy delicious meals served in the elegant dining room, a fully equipped exercise room, a theater room, and much more. Choose from 10 unique floor plans ranging from 600 to almost 1300 square feet of living space.
